Robinsons Residences Requirements for Unit Reservation

Requirements:

1. Reservation Fee (P50,000) must be paid in cash, local or international dated check, and or credit cards (major cards accepted)

*if paid in check, should be addressed to Robinsons Land Corporation

2. Company Provided Documents: Combined Pro-forma Reservation Agreement, Buyers Information Sheet and Floor Plan

*should be properly filled out by the buyer.

3. Buyer’s Personal Documents: Passport ID, any valid ID, Community Tax Certificate (optional), Tax Identification ID or any ID with indicated TIN number is required. (for Filipino citizen only)

*all should be submitted in a one clear photocopy.

Note:

a. Robinsons Land will provide you a copy of the Contract to Sell and the Reservation Agreement.

b. All future payments should be covered by post dated checks and need to be submitted 20 days after the reservation.

2. Coordinate with us personally or by phone or e-mail your intention to reserve the unit.

3. We will e-mail, fax or mail the Reservation Application Form and Individual Client’s Information Sheet to you for signing.

You may Reserve by:

1. Money transfer

a. Deposit your reservation fee in the bank account of Robinsons Land Corporation.

b. In your convenience, e-mail, fax or mail us the DEPOSIT RECEIPT, signed Reservation Application Form, filled-out Individual Client’s Information Sheet, photocopy of passport and valid I.D. with picture.

2. Mail

a. Mail us your reservation fee check (dollar or peso) which is named and payable to Robinsons Land Corp. and non-else.

b. In your convenience, e-mail, fax or mail us the signed Reservation Application Form, filled-out Individual Client’s Information Sheet, photocopy of passport and valid I.D. with picture.

Note: Mail us all the original signed Reservation Application Form, filled-out Individual Client’s Information Sheet (both buyers).

3. Relatives or Friends in the Philippines

a. Coordinate your intentions to reserve a condo unit with your trusted relatives or friends in the Philippines.

b. As you have agreed, let them meet us and issue the reservation fee by cash, check or credit card on your behalf.

c. In your convenience, e-mail, fax or mail us the signed Reservation Application Form, filled-out Individual Client’s Information Sheet, photocopy of passport and valid I.D. with picture.

4. Personal Appearance:

*We shall be glad to meet you anytime at your earliest convenience.

Note: All documents will be processed and you will receive an Original Receipt.

Important Reminders

1. In signing of Reservation Application Form and Individual Client’s Information Sheet, if married the spouse must affix his or her signature, or if more than one buyer, they must affix their signature too and fill out a separate Individual Client’s Information Sheet.

2. All payments in checks must be named and payable to Robinsons Land Corporation.

3. After the reservation of unit is done, we require you to submit all post dated chepayments for your monthly amortizations.
